Create spinal length to release back tension, including deep psoas work. Traction the spine while developing core strength. Work into the quadratus lumborum. Good for compressed disks, hip flexor imbalances, sacroiliac joint issues, and stimulates digestion. Feel spacious, taller and stronger after elongating the torso.
