Prenatal Series at Scarborough Yoga

Join Sarra Maddocks for a 4 week series designed for all the moms to be who are out there navigating life with a rapidly changing body! Yoga prepa res the body for life at every stage, this series fosters the special and specific needs of the pregnant body, come learn why twists are off the table, or how to cope with pelvic girdle issues. The sequences in this series are intended to; make some room for baby, soothe a tired back, strengthen chest and shoulder muscles, help with swelling, get you off your feet, and of course support your hips. Whether you're new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, this weekly practice will help you to nurture your little one by nurturing yourself.
