Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep.  
As the days start to get longer and the sun a little warmer, it is a great time to renew our energy and align with our inner journey. 
In this 90 minute guided meditation you will tend to the garden of the mind and weed out what no longer serves.  You'll provide space and nourishment for the seeds that you purposefully want to plant. 
Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to relax in a candle lit room. 
There will be reiki offered (optional) in the beginning to help unwind the energy in the mind and body. 
Limited space to offer proper spacing for everyone’s heath and comfort.
