Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice to develop inner awareness and experience deep states of relaxation. This practice combined with a live sound bath will stimulate intuition and creativity and allow for deep rest and relaxation.

Catherine will lead you through a guided meditation while Mario plays the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other healing instruments.

The combination of multiple sound healing instruments and guided meditation will create a beautiful journey for your mind, body and soul.
