The daylight has been increasing since winter began. We can feel the longer days as light wakes us up earlier and invites us to be outdoors later. With daylight savings time on March 10, the span of light shifts an hour later, coupled with the Spring Equinox March 19, there is more light than dark in each day. Let’s look to the light together, open to it, welcome it as we begin the expansive months of light. Through meditation, pranayama, journaling and asana practices, let’s open to the light, to hope and to joy as we notice the blossoming of days.

This workshop is open to adults with all levels of yoga experience.
