Join Kristine Keegan Saturday mornings to better understand and to improve upon your personal yoga practice.  This slow flow class will encourage you to build your foundation from the ground up, finding your feet and using your whole core to establish alignment, balance and stability.   No prior yoga experience necessary.  

Kristine will guide you through the practice offering props and modifications to help you land each posture in a way that is right for you.
