Begin you week finding the joy in yoga with Joynt Yoga! Experience postures that aid in improving joint mobility, releasing tightly bound fascia and decreasing muscular tension. Lydia also incorporates optional assists with tuning forks that can be placed on the body to produce a vibrational resonance to bring the nervous system back into balance. In this 45-minute class you can expect to move at a fairly slow pace and props are encouraged! 
Lydia ends this class with a blissful savasana.
