Middle of the week have you in a funk? Then try rolling out your Yoga mat at 6pm. Gwen’s Mid-week Flow will help you center and focus on the breath, move your body through yoga sequences and build some heat. There will be plenty of wind down time at the end to gently shift you to the rest of your evening. All bodies are welcome. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
First class ever? This will be a great introduction to the practice of Yoga.
Please note, the room will be warm. This is not at all a ‘hot’ yoga class, but the warmer room is better for the practice.
The class will end after one hour. If attendees want to linger for an additional 15 or so minutes, Gwen will lead a guided meditation. An appropriate break will be given for those who need to leave and move onto the rest of their evening.
