Yoga is a tool for navigating life with more ease and a great way to start your day!  We'll practice sequences that will include both yin and yang postures.  We might open the hips with yin like postures and then explore the results flowing through vinyasa postures.  We'll incorporate core work both strengthening and lengthening, we'll find our feet in balancing postures and breath through all of it.   

It's the perfect time of day to tune in to you, to notice how you feel today, and to identify the effects of your practice on you physically, energetically and even emotionally.
