Building off of the Foundations class, and drawing from Balanced Athlete®, Yoga, Mindfulness, Functional Movement Screening, and more this class brings together more movements and sequences for a deeper practice that can bring your awareness to the next level of how your body moves and how to correct for imbalances that may exists so you can maintain healthy, sustainable movement for life.

In this 60 minute class we will explore, train & develop stronger movement patterns applicable to *all* movement modalities from walking, running, biking, climbing, and hiking to everyday activities such as going up and down stairs, walking, reaching, pulling, squatting, kneeling & bending!
