Drawing from Balanced Athlete®, Yoga, Mindfulness, Functional Movement Screening, and more, this class introduces you to the core concepts of sustainable, integrated, & functional movement principles. Creating awareness of how your body moves, observing imbalances that may exist, building strength through the core and improving overall movement.
This class is great for students just beginning their journey of stronger, healthier movements; for experienced students and athletes who want to strengthen foundational movement awareness; and for individuals looking to rebuilding movement after completing rehab from injury. Discussion, practice, demonstration, observation & feedback are all part of the experience.
