Join Kristine Keegan for a well rounded class that focuses on that space between your hips and your shoulders.   
Did you know there are over 25 muscles between your shoulders & hips?  Your core is your stabilizer, it helps with balance, posture and over all better movement.  Having a strong core also helps to relieve back pain. 

In this 60 minute class, you will build strength and find that deep inner core, your power!

You will flow to warm up, then slow down to deeply stretch and lengthen muscles, strengthen your core then landing blissfully in savasana.
