Join Kristine Keegan Friday evenings at 5:30 for a 60 minutes restorative practice. Wrap up your work week and head into your weekend rested, more balanced and restored. Using the support of multiple props, we'll open both the physical and subtle body through a series of fully supported postures held for about 5 -10 minutes each.
We have everything you may need in studio. However, you are welcome to bring your own props if you have them, gather your bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks anything you need to feel supported.
