Join Chris Byrne for this 60-minute slow flow practice designed to welcome all bodies, ability and experience levels. Rooted in the practice of mindfulness, this class has a heavy emphasis on connecting with the compassion that resides within your heart, both for you and the people around you!

Through honoring your internal wisdom, you have an open invitation to explore this practice to meet whatever you need in the moment. If it is movement, stillness, breathwork, or anything else, this practice is truly yours to explore. You're invited to let go of any worry or fear about the image of what practicing yoga may "look" like. Instead, giving yourself permission to be just as you are, wherever you are, as you honor and celebrate all the things that make you an incredible person!
This class is a great introduction to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced with plenty of options and space provided so you can make the practice your own. It is also perfect for more experienced students who want to slow down and take the time to explore their practice and invite deeper connections with themselves.

Chris is an E-RYT500 & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. He is trained and certified in vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga. He is an Accessible Yoga® Ambassador, a Balanced Athlete® Coach, and a Level 1 Function Movement Screen® provider. He is on the Board of Directors for Sea Change Yoga and offers accessible yoga classes throughout Southern Maine and beyond. 

His focus is integrating purposeful movements, intentional breath work, and mindfulness meditation that is accessible for all bodies and life experiences.
