Yin yoga works to strengthen, re-lengthen, and hydrate the connective tissues while settling the body into passive floor postures.  Explore the inner workings of your mind and body through deep stillness, as you marinate in each shape for longer times (can range from 2-5 minutes depending on the part of the body you're exercising).  

This is a great class for beginner yogis and advanced yogis alike! Yin yoga, paired with meditation, helps increase awareness of our body, breath, and mind. This is a great practice to compliment the more active, energetic practices and movement exercises you may participate in. It is also a great reset to balance out the high-energy day to day rush.  

Grab some blankets, pillows, bolsters, blocks, straps, and anything else you think you need for some props and we will see you on the mat!
