What if there was class for you, taught specifically to you, for the you who occupies your body? Yoga for Every Body is a movement based yoga class that seeks to do exactly that. Each class offers a blend of Yin, Vinyasa, and Restorative poses specific to the needs of the students in the room that day, that means you! First we'll adress the ligaments, facia, and joints with some opening Yin poses, then we'll incite the core and build strength with an approachable and adaptable Vinyasa sequence, and lastly we'll cool down with a restorative shape or two to help you leave relaxed and grounded. So bring your aching back, your old knee injury, your fatigue, even your stress and leave a little of it here. This is yoga for the body you woke up in.
