Land on your mat for a slow-moving practice that ebbs and flows with the energy of the day. A mixture of movement and stillness with a bit of breathing and meditation to create an ever-changing experience. Although you may find a few regular poses that are important for overall flexibility and stability, don’t be surprised if one week we focus on balance and another week we incorporate moving meditation before we find our way to savasana.
