Join Kristine Keegan to recharge your body, mind and spirit with postures and movement to increase flexibility and mobility while strengthening your muscles, core and mind/body relationship. Class will always include breathing techniques for focus and stress reduction, postures to release tension in the upper and lower body, use of blocks and bolsters, and meditation time to rejuvenate energy. This class is designed to suit all levels including beginners.
