Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation” with Kathleen as your guide, you'll draw your attention inwards, and explore that drift between wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium. Your breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of your mind reveal themselves, and you discover an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
