Join Kristine Keegan Friday evenings at 5:30 for a 60 minute restorative practice. Wrap up your work week and head into your weekend rested, more balanced and restored. Using the support of multiple props, we'll open both the physical and subtle body through a series of fully supported postures held for about 5 -10 minutes each.
Gather your bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks anything you need to feel supported.
We encourage you to find a quiet space, perhaps with candles and low lighting, where you can tune out the outside world and tune in to your own world.
