Celebrate the first full yoga classes led by our teachers in training. Classes will be vinyasa style flows suitable for all levels including beginners. Expect a safe, well balanced, thoughtful class with warmup, salutations, heart and hip openers, balancing, and grounded postures done seated and lying down. Bring yoga blocks or any props you may have at home. These free classes will be offered virtually on zoom and all are welcome!
