Join Chris Bryne as he combines elements of Balanced Athlete®, Yoga, Mindfulness, Functional Movement Screening, and more.  This class teaches you to be aware of how your body moves and how to correct for imbalances that may exists so you can maintain healthy, sustainable movement for life.

This is a 60 minute class that will train & develop movement patterns applicable to *all* movement modalities from walking, running, biking, climbing, and hiking to everyday activities such as going up and down stairs, walking, reaching, pulling, squatting, kneeling & bending!

Chris Byrne, Co-Owner of Mettā Movement, E-RYT200/RYT500 & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, is trained and certified in vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga. He is an Accessible Yoga® Ambassador, a Balanced Athlete® Coach, and a Level 1 Function Movement Screen® provider.  

His focus is on integrating purposeful movements, intentional breath work, and mindfulness meditation that is accessible for all bodies and life experiences.
