Restorative Yoga is a practice that regulates your nervous system, improves sleep, helps to quiet the mind and reduces stress. It makes it easier to find peace and calm.
In this training you will learn all the benefits of Restorative Yoga, including: the science of the practice physically and energetically. How to establish a self practice, the postures and modifications using props to make your class accessible to every body. You will learn the philosophy of restorative yoga including the history and background. By the end of the weekend, you will have the confidence to build sequences and lead a nurturing and blissful class.
16 hours in person immersion with 2 hours of self-study for 18 CEU’s with Yoga Alliance
