A three-day foundational exploration of Reiki energy practice, shamanic-inspired practices, nature connection, drumming, and intentional energy awareness.

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday

Through teaching, demonstration, practice, and reflection, we will explore:

• Reiki history and foundational practices
 • Self-Reiki and hands-on Reiki
 • Grounding, intention, and energetic awareness
 • Sacred circle and intentional space holding
 • Shamanic-inspired journeying and rhythmic drumming
 • Spirit and nature ally connection
 • Nature ally retrieval
 • Working with stones, rattles, and intention
 • Ethics and responsible energy practice
 • Integration and personal practice

This course emphasizes direct experience over intellectual understanding—learning through feeling, listening, practicing, and reflecting.

No previous shamanic experience is required. A minimum of traditional Reiki Level 1 is suggested.
